About the project
The team did not have uniforms to wear during competitions which barred them from participating in high profile, regional games. Some of the players began getting discouraged.
Safaricom Foundation’s Ndoto Zetu initiative donated sports uniforms at a cost of 100,000. They entailed jerseys, socks, shorts and shoes.
The kits are expected to motivate the players to seek more opportunities that will grow their passion in football.
