About the project
The group wanted to add value to their work by using bones to accessorize household items in order to expand their source of income, but they lacked machinery to cut, shape and polish the bones.
Safaricom Foundation’s Ndoto Zetu initiative donated a jewelry cutting machine worth Ksh. 200,000.
The machine will make it easier for the group to make all kinds of ornaments as they desire. With the available equipment, more youths will be empowered to be self-sufficient.
