About the project
The school did not have a well-equipped computer lab. Staff go kilometres away to get to a cyber in order to access internet, send and receive important MOE and TSC documents. Furthermore, the school was unable to achieve ICT integration in teaching and learning.
Safaricom Foundation’s Pamoja scheme handed over 15 desktops, a 3 in 1 photocopy machine and an internet router at a cost of 664,000.
The school is facilitating ICT and digital lessons therefore imparting digital knowledge on both teachers and students. The primary school is also benefitting from the resources as they can download and print internal and national examinations.
