About the project

The Challenge

The school science laboratory was not well-equipped resulting to a drop in performance in science related subjects hence affecting the overall school results.
Students had to go for lessons in the neighbouring school.

The Intervention

Safaricom Foundation’s Ndoto Zetu initiative donated science laboratory equipment at a cost of KES 500,000.

The Impact

Students are utilizing the lab for practical work consequently improving their performance in science related subjects. They no longer require going to other schools for laboratory exposure.
