About the project

The Challenge

The available books were too few to be shared resulting to some students not spending enough time with reading materials. The situation affected the teachers’ ability to offer high quality education.

The Intervention

Safaricom Foundation through the Ndoto Zetu initiative donated books worth KES 100,000.

The Impact

The books are enough to be shared among the students therefore easing the work of the teachers during lessons. Additionally, students are exposed to study and research materials which is expected to improve the overall performance.
