About the project

The Challenge

The team required additional football kits and training equipment so that they could challenge themselves and prepare for the Kenya Women’s Premier League.

The Intervention

Safaricom Foundation’s Ndoto Zetu supported the team with football kits and equipment worth KES 100,000. They included 36 jerseys, 4 pairs of gloves, 36 socks, 22 bibs, 4 balls, 200 markers and a fully equipped first aid kit.

The Impact

The kits and equipment are improving the teams’ training and motivating them to play and aim for higher leagues.
