About the project

The Challenge

The school was taking care of children with disability was initially established without any infrastructure. The special school had to rely on borrowed infrastructure for learning to take place.

The Intervention

Safaricom foundation handed over a constructed classroom and 25 desks at a cost of KES 1 million through the PAMOJA scheme.

The Impact

The new facility has assured the students that learning will progress as the school is now independent from the primary school. There is also room for more student admissions.
