About the project

The Challenge

The members lacked meeting venues and had to use residential houses to host the congregation. Additionally, low income as some of the members lost their jobs due to COVID-19.

The Intervention

Safaricom Foundation’s Ndoto Zetu initiative donated tents and chairs at the cost of KES 150,000.

The Impact

The tent will provide a reliable structure to hold meetings and conduct group activities. The group will also hire them out for revenue collection and uplift the standards of life of the group members and the community.
