The number of toilets in particular could not accommodate the high population causing congestion in the washrooms consequently compromising the level of sanitation. Additionally, pupils with walking aids or wheelchairs were unable to access classes as there were no ramps put in place.
Safaricom Foundation supported the school with the construction of toilets and access ramps at a cost KES 1 Million.
